Not sure how to turn your story into an audio book? Never fear. We're in this together. And this is where our journey begins.
Prologue
You'll send me your complete, edited manuscript. This is where my prep starts - I read your story and start my research. I may have questions about story-specific name pronunciations, and I'll want to learn a little bit about the characters, their environments, and ideas represented within the book.
Chapter One
Now I start recording. I'll send you a sample - usually the first fifteen minutes or so - and that's your chance to be sure we're seeing the story in the same way. Now's your chance to speak up about the finer details. With your permission, I might put small sections up on my social media to help generate buzz.
Chapter Two
Then I dive into the deep end. I'll record the entire book, then edit proof my recordings, and send you the final files. From start to finish, this whole process can take anywhere from three to six times the length of the completed book.
Epilogue
Your hard work is back in your hands and you are now the proud parent of a bouncing completed audiobook! That wasn't so hard, was it?
